GENERAL RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Customers must contact BRADSHAW prior to returning any part or supply, used or
unused, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All part
returns to BRADSHAW (CORES, DOAs, GOOD and UNUSED, WRONG PART, etc.) must be
clearly identified with a BRADSHAW provided RMA number on the outside of the
box. Any part returned to BRADSHAW, which is not clearly identified on the
outside of the box with a valid RMA number, may be rejected and dispositioned at
Bradshaw’s discretion. RMA numbers for all returns are valid for 30 days from
the date of issue. Product returned to BRADSHAW once the 30 day eligibility
period expires will be dispositioned at Bradshaw’s discretion.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
BRADSHAW is not responsible for shipping damages. The shipping carrier is
responsible for all damage due to shipping. Claims for shipping damages must be
initiated by the customer. BRADSHAW will not issue RMAs for products damaged due
to shipping. Product must remain in original box with original packing material
at recipient’s location until shipping carrier has completed their inspection.
CORE RETURNS
For parts purchased from BRADSHAW on exchange, BRADSHAW will accept
core returns up to 45 days from the date of order shipment. Cores returned after
45 days from the date of shipment may not be accepted, however, should BRADSHAW
choose to accept a late return, a service charge of $25 per core will be applied
for desktop printer parts and a service charge of up to $250 will be applied to
production printer parts. Additionally, the following requirements must also be
met:
- The core being returned must be an exact equivalent of the BRADSHAW part or
supply.
- The core must be repairable or reusable.
- The return must have a valid Bradshaw provided RMA number on the outside of the
box.
- The core must be received by BRADSHAW prior to the RMA expiration date.
Upon receipt of the core(s), the original sales order will be closed. If cores
are not returned for credit within 45 days, the RMA will be voided and a “core
charge” will be invoiced to your account. The core charge is typically the
difference between the outright purchase price and the exchange price of the
part that was shipped plus associated administrative costs.
WARRANTY RETURNS
If a part or supply is being returned for credit that has failed within the
designated warranty period, BRADSHAW must be contacted and an RMA number
obtained. If a valid RMA number is not assigned by BRADSHAW prior to returning
the part or supply, the shipment will be dispositioned at Bradshaw’s discretion.
If the part or supply does not have a matching serial number, or if the serial
number has been tampered with in any way, no credit will be issued. If product
is damaged in any way upon receipt, or is received after warranty has expired,
no credit will be issued.
All warranty returns will be inspected to confirm that the parts or supplies are
correct and eligible for a warranty claim. If a product is deemed within
warranty, a replacement will be shipped to the customer with no charge for
freight. If the warranty claim takes place within 30 days of original product
receipt, Bradshaw will ship the replacement part out using the same method the
original order was shipped. All warranty claims that occur after 30 days of
original product receipt will be shipped via UPS Ground.
If a warranty claim takes place within 30 days of the original product receipt,
BRADSHAW will pay the freight charges to return the product. If a warranty claim
takes place after 30 days of the original product receipt, the customer is
responsible for the freight charges to return the product.
GOOD PART RETURNS
Good, unused” parts or supplies can be returned for credit within 30 days of
order shipment. If a part is being returned for credit, BRADSHAW must be
contacted and an RMA number obtained. If a valid RMA number is not assigned by
BRADSHAW prior to returning the part, the shipment may be dispositioned at
Bradshaw’s discretion.
Additionally, the following conditions must be met:
- The part or supply being returned MUST be unused.
- The part or supply must be in its original packaging.
- New OEM parts and supplies must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- The part or supply must have a valid RMA number on the outside of the box.
- The part or supply must be returned within 30 days of the original product
shipment.
All “good, unused” parts and supplies returned for credit are subject to a
restock fee as follows:
A) 20% of the original sales price for desktop printer parts and supplies
B) 10% for original sales price for production parts and supplies,
C) or $25 dollars, whichever is greater.
Manuals and special order items are not returnable. All returns will be
inspected to confirm that the parts or supplies are correct and eligible for
credit. If the parts or supplies do not meet our good part return criteria, a
BRADSHAW representative will contact the customer so that appropriate resolution
steps can be taken. Upon receipt of the returned parts, the customer will
receive an appropriate credit, less restocking fees, to their account.
